Who we are?
In 2019, customer center experts teamed up with artificial intelligence enthusiasts and Born Digital was born.
We first created virtual assistants, which we learned to speak in local languages and gradually added other global and major languages. Then we added all channels such as calls, email and chat. In addition, it creates analytical dashboards for all customer interactions, which helps improve the customer experience. All on one platform.
Our final product is the AI omnichannel platform, which helps companies with the digital transformation of contact centers, thanks to which they can handle many times more clients - quickly, easily and without stress.
