AI Analytics Consultant

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Analytics Consultant who will turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations. You’ll work closely with our clients (especially call centers and customer support teams) to understand their processes, define the right metrics, design dashboards, and help them measure what really matters – not just what’s easy to track.

This role sits at the intersection of business, processes, analytics, and visualization.

Responsibilities

🟢 Analyze business and operational processes (with a strong focus on call centers and customer service)

🟢Active communication with clients to identify their needs, and leading trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions with clients and stakeholders to support the successful implementation of AI solutions

🟢 Using AI to analyze unstructured data way beyond traditional reporting

🟢 Suggest what should be measured, why, and how

🟢 Design and build dashboards and reports (structure, logic, storytelling)

🟢 Recommend how data should be visualized and presented for different audiences

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in business analysis, analytics, or consulting

✔️ Strong understanding of processes and operational workflows

✔️ Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

✔️ Ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders The advantage will be:

✔️ Knowledge of call center / contact center metrics (e.g. AHT, FCR, SLA, CSAT, occupancy, etc.)

✔️ Knowledge of AI technologies

✔️ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
