AI business consultant

We’re looking for a sharp AI Business Consultant to help us design smart automation solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work directly with clients, understand their pain points, and design AI-driven workflows that create measurable value. This is a hybrid role blending business insight with light technical prototyping.
About you
🟢 Experience running end-to-end consulting projects
🟢 Logical, process-driven thinking with basic coding skills (Python is a plus)
🟢 Strong communication in Czech/Slovak and English
🟢 Curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and continuous learning
🟢 Ability to move fast and make things happen
Responsibilities:
✔️ Meet with clients to uncover the root of their business challenges
✔️ Design automation workflows using LLMs and basic scripting
✔️ Build simple Python prototypes and dashboards for validation
✔️ Ensure solutions are scalable, practical, and high impact
✔️ Manage multiple projects with independence and ownership
✔️ Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setup
