At Born Digital we are looking for an Integration Engineer who will help us with integrating our Voice/chat solutions into customers environment and will bring expertise to provide customers with quality integration care.
Responsibilites
🟢 Engage with clients to understand their integration requirements and articulate how our product seamlessly integrates with their existing systems.
🟢 Integrate our solutions on-prem and in hybrid deployments.
🟢 Understand development processes, code branching strategies, and contribute to the design and execution of test cases and test scenarios.
🟢 Apply Agile and SCRUM methodologies in project management and contribute to the creation and management of Product Backlog Items.
🟢 Maintain a proactive approach, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric attitude.
Requirements
✔️ Experience with solution integration, solution design or testing is an advantage.
✔️ Utilize tools such as Postman/Insomnia for API testing and validation.
✔️ Demonstrate a deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs , microservices architecture, and web app development principles.
✔️ Understanding of SIP/RTP protocols is big advantage.
✔️ Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps principles, with a focus on containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and CI/CD.
