Product Owner

We’re hiring a Product Owner / Domain Lead for the Channels domain in our Digital Agent platform. Channels are the layer where users interact with AI agents — voice integrations, web chat, messaging platforms, and real-time communication. You will own this domain from a product perspective: defining requirements, prioritizing work, and driving delivery with engineering. You will define how real users interact with AI agents across channels.
What you will do
🟢 Own the Channels domain in the Digital Agent platform
🟢 Define product requirements for communication channels and integrations
🟢 Work closely with engineers to deliver reliable real-time communication between users and AI agents
🟢 Prioritize backlog and guide day-to-day development of the domain
🟢 Collaborate with other domains (Flow Execution, Intelligence, Platform)
What we expect
✔️ 5+ years of professional experience
✔️ Experience with APIs and system integrations
✔️ Understanding of real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC)
✔️ Experience with messaging platforms, chat widgets, or communication systems
✔️ Experience integrating STT / TTS / LLM providers
✔️ Experience building conversational or messaging products
