Delivery Manager - Poland, Czechia, DACH
As a Delivery Manager at Born Digital, you will play a multifaceted role, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for our B2B clients. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of working autonomously, serving as a business consultant during solution offerings, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects, from scoping to integration. In addition, you will act as a Customer Success Manager, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Your responsibilities
- Business Consultation: Act as a business consultant during the solution offering phase, understanding client needs, and aligning our AI solutions to their business objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learn new features in our product, staying updated on the latest advancements to effectively communicate and tailor solutions to client requirements.
- End-to-End Project Management: Handle projects comprehensively, from scoping and solution creation within our tool to technical integration into clients’ environments and the establishment of new processes.
- Customer Success Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Must be adept at maintaining customer satisfaction while confidently asserting company positions, such as in Change Requests (CRs).
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly within cross-functional teams and fostering a positive team environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English and additional language (Czech/Slovak/Polish/German)
