UX Designer

Currently, we are looking for a passionate UX Designer who will take responsibility for shaping our current UX, challenging the status quo, bringing in new ideas and putting them into production.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the UX Design of Digital Products:
- Focus on user-centered design principles to enhance user journeys and digital onboarding processes.
- Develop and iterate on UX strategies for our three main digital products: Digital Agent, Digital Human, and Customer Insight Analytics.
- Identify quick wins and create a long-term UX strategy, contributing actively to its execution.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback from internal users as well as clients.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for proposed improvements together with UI designer, who will join the team after current maternity leave.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement design solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and contribute to design guidelines.
About you
- Experience with designing SaaS B2B applications is a big plus.
- Interest in taking full responsibility of UX design, ideation and execution.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects and rationale behind design choices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
